Turn Around Time
All items listed will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped in boxes and carefully packed and checked for accuracy. This takes time and care to ensure that each package is accurate according to the order details. Often times orders ship quicker than the estimated time frame, but please be aware of the 3-5 business days turn around time.
Some items are listed as custom orders. The shoppes current turn around time for shipping on custom orders is 10 business days. Should you place an order that requires adjustment, color changes, personalization, etc - please allow 10 business days for it to be completed. All items are handmade by me in my studio.

Shipping Information
All orders that are listed will ship with the US Postal Service within 3-5 days of payment receipt. You will be notified in email from Coley Olee Shippe with the tracking information as well as how to properly look up your expected order delivery date. All orders weighing less than 1lb will ship with USPS First Class Mail. Orders in excess of 1lb will ship with Priority Mail Service. These packages will have insurance at the sellers expense. Should a problem arise with delivery, please reach out to me either via the "conversation" tab on your order home page/account page OR email with the order number and issue you are encountering at ColeyOleeShoppe@gmail.com
Once a package is in the USPS hands, it is out of my control. I will do my very best to help resolve any shipping issues that arise. Should a package show up as delivered on your end, but you do not have the package it is advised that you contact your local Post Office for assistance.
Refunds/Returns
Each item in our shoppe is carefully crafted by hand. Handle with care! We have a no return policy for our accessories -final sale.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify Coley Olee Shoppe within 4 days of receipt so we can rectify the situation immediately-either ship the correct item or fix the damaged item.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
