Shipping policy

• I ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
• All domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel. Please keep in mind that I cannot control the USPS. Once your package is in their care, it is out of my hands. I also am not responsible for "acts of God" such as flooding and other natural disasters. 
• USPS offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. While you can see from time to time where your package may be in route to you, it does not always update.

{Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments}

USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance
Coley Olee Shoppe is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. I encourage you to purchase insurance to protect your package. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact Coley Olee Shoppe prior to placing your order. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.
• Coley Olee Shoppe is unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.

{Shipment & Address Changes} 

Please refer to your particular Etsy listing for shipping time frame. Items vary. To protect me as a seller and you as a buyer, I will ONLY be able to use the address provided to me on the invoice receipt. MAKE SURE TO VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS.

*Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. Any packages lost due to incorrect address will not be refunded/reshipped no matter what. You will need to contact the USPS to locate your missing package. It is your responsibility to provide Coley Olee Bows with the correct address at the time of purchase.
